I am a member of Lightspeed Consumer Panel . I have been a member since last September and have earned $30.00 in Amazon.com Gift cards! This is a really easy survey site to earn money on. All you have to do is earn 550 points and you qualify for your first $5 Amazon.com gift card. Most of the surveys pay at least 75 points and some up to 300 or more. There are tons of rewards - gift cards for Applebees, Chilis, CVS, money to paypal...... just tons of rewards to choose from. Here's how it works: Join here . This weekend I talked to someone who wants to save money but finds coupons way too much trouble! I completely understand that mindset. So how can you save money without using a coupon? Simple...... By tweaking what you are already good at! Here's what I mean: If you already shop online, why not have the companies pay you some of that money back in rebates? Quick tweak : Before you shop at your favorite store (Gap, Ann Taylor, Ebay....) click on Mrrebates.com . Login or register (If you are registering for the first time, you will even get a $5.00 bonus just for signing up!) Now type in the store name where you want to purchase in the search bar at the top. A small screen will pop up telling you that you are being directed to your store's site. Then you will be at your store site. Shop like normal! Pay like normal! Receive your product - like normal! Swagbucks is having a new redesign to celebrate their 'birthday'. It looks like they have added '0' to everything. You should have way more swagbucks than you did have yesterday. I did have 145 swagbucks- now I have 1,450. Amazon gift cards used to cost 45 swagbucks - now they are 450. Make sense? In the Target ad today there is a $10 coupon for a NEW or transferred prescription! Why is this so good? Because CVS always accepts competitors coupons! That means that if one of my kids get sick this month and needs to get a prescription filled, I will get a $10 CVS card - FREE! Here's how it works if you've never done this before: Take your new prescription from the doctor to your CVS. Pay for your prescription AND give your Target coupon to the cashier. They will give you a CVS gift card worth $10. You can then use that card immediately on your next purchase! There is a new one-time use code in the Bonus offers section on swagbucks. I just went through the process. I think there were only 6 offers that I just kept saying 'skip' or see next offer . Took me about 5 minutes. Go here. All you have to do is VIEW the offers, if you see one you like, you can certainly submit your information, but to get the code, all you have to do is view them all. (I don't ever recommend signing up for something unless you really want the offer! I just keep hitting 'skip' or 'see next offer'. You can find that button at the bottom of the page! Today I heard about Smile.ly! This is another program where you sign up, they send you products for free. You try them, and then give your opinion. (no credit card of course) Here's the snag...... I don't know anything about it except for what you just read. I have signed up and have just received my first free 'mission' (That's what they call their free product trials.) Today I checked my email and I have an email from magazines.com that says" Cyber Monday Deal - Your $10 gift is enclosed!" Since there are no magazines I'm interested in buying right now, I love the fact I can redeem this for a $10 check. Anytime we make a purchase, we check several things first: Is this item cheaper online or in a store? If the item is cheaper online, we check which store is best. Then we look for coupon codes for that store. (we usually just type in the store name and 'coupon code'. This way you get lots of choices. We can usually find at least a percentage off our purchase! Then we look to see where we can get the biggest rebate at the store we're going to buy from. That's right! When you shop online you can also get a percentage rebate mailed back to you. We get between 2-8% almost everytime we make a purchase online. Here's my 3 favorites. We also use http://www.bing.com/ - but to be honest, it is more confusing and not the best place to start. I just had someone ask a question about whether you can stack the Amazon gift cards that you earn from Swagbucks? The answer is YES YES YES! As soon as our swagbucks account gets to 45 bucks, we immediately ''purchase" a $5.00 Amazon Gift Card. It usually takes about 1 week to get the card in our email. Then I take the card number (from either of our accounts) and put it in our Amazon account. We save them there until we are ready to make a purchase on Amazon.com. We like to wait till we have at least $25 in our Amazon account so we can get free shipping too. We just purchased a new pen drive for my husband's school and some school supplies for my son on Amazon (and got free shipping of course) and used $35 that we had earned on Swagbucks.
