Great customer service at Sutherland Chevy!

My husband's car almost died finally last night. We've had it 10 years and almost 200,000 miles. We weren't surprised that it barely limped home. We knew it would cost way more to repair his car in the long run than go ahead and upgrade.

So last night we called Sutherland Chevrolet in Nicholasville KY and talked to Frank. We told him exactly what we wanted, exactly what we could afford. Within 1 hour, he had found way better than what we were looking for at the exact price we quoted. We drove to Nicholasville, test drove the truck, signed the paper work and had the whole process done within 3 hours. Now that's service!

There were no long negotiations where he tried to muddy the transaction with fake smiles and shady options. Frank told us he was going back to the old ways where you told a customer what you have and come up with the quickest price that works best for everyone.
