Here's how it works:

1. You can register here. Since you don't have a Front Porch rewards card yet, it will allow you to register using your phone number. There is also a place to request that they mail you a rewards card.
2. Within 3 days, the confirmation page says I will have a welcome coupon worth $5 off my next purchase.
